Met Annie in Timpson Asda Wolverhampton today, fixed my car key, very helpful, pleasant and professional, well done Annie
Went in to inquire about a broken car key to find out if they offer repairs to the circuit board. Member of staff took my key, completely dismantled it including the springs on the key mechanism for some reason. Then proceeded to say a new £50 case would fix my issue. Couldn’t say how a new case would fix a broken circuit board and then said he’d change the battery for £10. The service was absolutely excellent. The young man that changed the battery on my key fob was really knowledgeable and polite. I highly recommend this place.
Kevin provided an excellent, professional service. Shie repair was perfect and took 30 minutes. Will definitely use this service again.
Came 4 times to get my key cut. They were very patient as the key was a tricky one.
