I went in to have my watch looked at because I had recently had a battery change from Timpsons. Unfortunately the clock hands had fallen out. I spoke to Katie at the Dudley Street branch in Wolverhampton who managed to diagnose the problem and fix it before the weekend. She showed great understanding and good working knowledge, which reassured me that I would not have any more issues. She both friendly and professional through out a true asset to the company.
In a word brilliant! Katie was superb, attentive and she explained all the packages available for my battery replacement. She is a magnificent person and you have a customer for life now. Thank you Katie and thank you timpsons.
