I dropped my car key to Jonathan because it wasn’t working. I left it with him for 30 minutes and returned expecting to pay £15-£20 for him to fix it. To my surprise, he didn’t charge me anything at all. It just needed putting back together properly. Honestly, it made my day. Knowing that he could have charged me but didn’t restored my faith.

Went shop today to ask for car key. Jonathan was really rude and didn’t even look in system for what I was asking. I understand it was almost closing time and he might have a bad day but doesn’t mean you should be rude with customers and didn’t even provide the service they’re asking. Timpson is a big name and people like jonathan are just running this for brand. Such a shame. Literally worst timpson experience ever

Great service got my watch sorted. I've not given it 5 just because it was a bit expensive, but I am notoriously tight but great help and greatful for them sorting my watch

Great experience everything I've been the pin fell out of my key and they gentleman behind the counter said leave it with me 20 mins and he would sort it. Managed to advise me on my car key for the future and fixed it free of charge. Really good service and really appreciated him doing it for free.

Great location in Bolton Town Centre nr the old Market Hall. I've been coming here since it opened and I've always been pleased with the service I've received whether that's getting my shoes heeled, getting a key cut, buying insoles for my shoes or a new watch battery I've always received a good friendly service at fair price. There's never any queue so just a short wait, especially for shoes being heeled.
