I visited your Timpsons branch located in the peacocks centre Woking to get some boots reheeled. Your colleague that served me introduced himself, and told me his name was Connor. I explained to Connor what I wanted doing to my boots and he said that, he would see what he could do, as the boots are quite old. A well-run Timpson where customer service is clearly key. On a busy Saturday the shop was continually filled with people in need of all sorts, with a friendly Connor and his colleague juggling to keep everyone happy and not waiting too long. In the middle of this I arrived with a rather thorny and time-consuming watch bracelet issue, which a patient Connor attended to inbetween. Very impressed with how it was all managed, with a very satisfactory result!
Connor at the Woking Peacocks branch was awesome. I had ridiculous quotes for a car key replacement from the main dealer (£350) and alternative suppliers weren't much less. He took the key off me and replaced the relevant parts. Tested it and replaced the battery all for £15. The reduced money of course helped but his can do attitude and hasslefree experience exceeded all expectations. Well done Connor and Zoe. Highly recommend.

Samantha the manager has always given me tremendous service whenever ive needed something done. Very quick turnaround the store is always clean and you can tell she has a bond with her customers that's truly unique in retail. She is an asset to the store and to the company.
