Excellent service from Adam at the Tesco St Oswald’s branch. When I arrived he was dealing with an elderly lady who needed shoes reheeled for a funeral. He was so patient and sensitive with her. My own key-cutting requirements did not quite fit the offer available, but Adam was most accommodating and extremely personable. What a joy to get such great customer service and common sense. What a difference from the very rude and unhelpful man in a nearby Timpsons branch earlier that day.
