Visited the store on Saturday 1st August with my favourite heels that needed reheeled and Shaq gave us the best customer service. We weren’t sure if they could be saved,but Shaq saved the day and was able to fix them for me! My favourite heels have been repaired thank to him and I cannot thank him enough for being able to help me!

I was served today by Shaquille (apologies if I spelt it wrong) and he gave me an amazing service. I came in today because the metal key of my car key detached from the base key and he was the only person in the local area that could fix it because I’ve been turned away by 5 other shops nearby. Great guy and he fixed it in 30 seconds. Hope he has a great day. Would really recommend coming to this timpson.

Greg was great! I had phoned the Church Walk Store in Caterham but was told "they don't do engraving here" and that i should travel to Oxted. I popped into the store outside Tesco Extra and eat told they do. Greg was very helpful, he helpful me with the amount of words and dine a GREAT job. Will recommend to friends,colleagues and acquaintance.

Visited Timmons this morning as my daughter’s lucky school shoes broke and she is taking her GCSEs. Shaqil was so kind and worked his magic to fix them for us. Very thorough and amazing job! Am so greatful. Thank you Shaqil!

I cam in to fix my watch and shoes, and I must say, Radvile was very helpful, made sure everything was fine and attended to me promptly. I was very impressed.
