They specialise in keys not shoes. This meant they couldn't fix my shoes with steel heels. But and this is the but, Ricky called Northwich and checked they had them in. Confirmed it and the price and 10 minutes later and I'm waiting with coffee to have my shoes fixed. Nice fella and although they couldn't fix my shoes they did sort it out.
I managed to snap my house key clean in two while it was in the lock, and with a train to catch I couldn’t get back into the house to grab my bags. In a bit of a panic, I drove to the Timpson’s inside Morrisons in Winsford, honestly not expecting much given the state of the broken key. Rick behind the counter was fantastic. After my car broke down in the car park (dead battery), I nipped in to the Morrisons store to check if it was OK leaving it overnight until the AA were able to come the next day. Rick overheard this and came straight to my aid. He came out to my car with a power pack and restarted it for me and couldn't have been more helpful. He saved the day! I really appreciate what he did for me - thanks Rick. We will definitely be back with any future key troubles.
My mum & I went to Asda to have some keys cut using the machine. We thought we had completed the transaction but once the money had been take we got a message on screen to say the machine was broken, so call this number! So we decided to go to Timpsons @ Morrisons - we met a really nice gentleman that gave us lots of advice on getting our money back, and helped with the key cutting service, he actually cut three keys for us and wouldn't accept any payment for them! What a nice guy! Thank you again. You made my mums day.
First-rate service and professional competence. Visited Timpsons Winsford to get a new remote key cut for a Toyota Landcruiser. The time Andy put into cutting and programming this far exceeded the level of service I could reasonably have expected for the price. Fantastic value, thank you.
