Went into ASDA Orbital to get some keys cut and was greeted by Liam who quickly helped me get the right keys and labelled them all so I wouldn't get them confused. Above and beyond customer service and always seems happy to help.
Horrible customer service and stay away from this store services! My husband went 4th times into this store to get a simple key cut service right and they were completely uncapable to do so after too many tentatives. When he asked his refund, the clerk who titled himself a manager, said that he was not going to make a refund. My husband refused to leave the place without his refund and the clerk used his card machine to apparently refund it. Every time I come to Timpsons at Orbital shopping park, Liam is extremely polite, helpful and quick at whatever it is I need doing on that day. From keys to shoes to clothes. I can’t stress enough how impressed I am with his professionalism. Hence why I’m writing this review. Thankyou Liam!
Anyone looking to get tablets/ phones repaired. Do not use them. Took my IPad 10 generation which was only a year and a half old. Was an issue with charging port. Needed a clean or replacement. After nearly 6 weeks of having it and countless lies and excuses. I’m now told : we replaced the charging port, but have now found the LCD isn’t working. Which I know was working perfectly when I gave it to them as still had 40% charge left. Now they have said we haven’t actually done any work to it after telling them I had taken pics... read more
Disgraceful. I had a pair of boots re soled early November and noticed just before Christmas the sole on one boot was coming off. Went in today to ask for it to be stuck down and told there would be a charge. When I pointed out that he had not been glued properly in the first place I was told that wasn’t correct if was the way I walked that had caused it to become unstuck. Really!!! The fact the other boot was fine didn’t come into play. Apps I should not bend my foot when walking
