Cannot fault any of the staff in this store. Everytime I’ve been there they have been helpful, friendly, courteous and professional. I’ve had keys cut with no problems, bought laces and leather insoles and today 29th June took my watch to have a clean and though I didn’t get his name the young man that was there he was brilliant. He explained how the cleaning worked and the advantages of it and reassured me it was in safe hands and I would notice a massive difference when done. I went today only to find it was closed and told to come back at 14:05pm so I assumed he was on lunch or somethung, did my shop in Asda for the 30mins and went back on my way out only to find i was now being told to cme back at 3pm. I don't understand why this says its open when no one is ever there
