I went into store yesterday to fix the heel tip on my shoes. I was getting ready for a wedding when it broke, so I rushed to the store at 9am on Tuesday. The gentleman was so lovely and fixed it in a matter of mins, so I’d make it to the wedding. he did a 10/10 job and was so kind.
Pete cleaned my watch up after changing my battery and now it looks like new again
We gave them a pair of my wife's boots to reheel and replace the toes on the soul. When we got them back they were completely butchered. The heel replacements were crooked and they had managed to split the heel. The toe pieces were stuck on upside down. Both repairs were ill fitting and sub standard.
