I went into store yesterday to fix the heel tip on my shoes. I was getting ready for a wedding when it broke, so I rushed to the store at 9am on Tuesday. The gentleman was so lovely and fixed it in a matter of mins, so I’d make it to the wedding. he did a 10/10 job and was so kind.
We gave them a pair of my wife's boots to reheel and replace the toes on the soul. When we got them back they were completely butchered. The heel replacements were crooked and they had managed to split the heel. The toe pieces were stuck on upside down. Both repairs were ill fitting and sub standard. We didn't want to take them back to the same branch because of the mess they had made of them, so took them to a different branch at our local Sainsbury's in basildon where they were made good by a young man named Liam. Today I went into basildon store, the was a wonderful young man who was just covering, I didn’t catch his name. He was absolutely first class at his job! Amazing not only outstanding in customer service, but his workman ship is superb. Big thank you for restoring my boots, and I hope you come back again. Fantastic shop and customer service. The man being the counter was especially nice and helpful, shame I didn't get his name. But I was there on the 8th of September. Definitely coming back to timpsons for all my key needs
Wanted a replacement watch strap for a 30 year old TimeX IRONMAN watch. Excellent strap ideal looks like the original, very pleased. Looks like he does watch, shoes and lots of other services and repairs. Very helpful guy.
