Went to Timpsons in Sainsbury's at Westwood Cross yesterday morning. I wanted to print 2 photos of my grandchildren from my phone, but I'm in my 70s and not very tech savvy. I need not have worried. The charming assistant went through the whole process with me. There was a problem finding the photos I wanted, but he knew a different way of getting them which I could never have done.
