Neil fix an old watch of mine, glass wass scratched and in bad shape and changed battery. Received it the day after polished, with new glass looking as new. Beautiful job very fast and reasonable prices. Well done!
It used to be amazing place with friendly staff. However, one of staff was absolutely rude and humiliated me. They should fix problems in leather items. But, what he did to me was that you damaged shoes and it is your fault. I'm speechless. While I'm acknowledged that some issues can't be fixed, they have to politely say that they can't. Shame on you.

Horrible man, walked in, he’d just stopped talking to another customer and was about to do something for him and, as his attention was no longer on the gentleman waiting, I asked if they programmed key fobs. He was so rude I had to walk out of the store with my daughter as I thought I may actually cry!!! Civility costs nothing. As we left he made a comment along the lines of goodbye then!
