I am so impressed with the service I received today. The staff here are incredibly kind and willing to go out of their way to help their customers. They don't have the product in store, but they recommended the Timpson on Cheapside that helped me out. Highly recommended!
What’s the point of saying you’re open until 6 pm if you’re regularly closed before then? I’d already noticed this a few times, but this time I tried to leave work early so I could get there in time. I arrived at 5:25 pm, walked in, and they literally switched the lights off. I only had a watch strap that needed booking in, which would’ve taken seconds, but instead they stood there arguing that they could close whenever they wanted and even went into the back and kept saying we’re closed from there while changing his shirt ... read more
Neil fix an old watch of mine, glass wass scratched and in bad shape and changed battery. Received it the day after polished, with new glass looking as new. Beautiful job very fast and reasonable prices. Well done!
It used to be amazing place with friendly staff. However, one of staff was absolutely rude and humiliated me. They should fix problems in leather items. But, what he did to me was that you damaged shoes and it is your fault. I'm speechless. While I'm acknowledged that some issues can't be fixed, they have to politely say that they can't. Shame on you.
Kev saved the day! Needed a present engraving and he turned it around double quick. So lucky to work near this branch.
