Horrible man, walked in, he’d just stopped talking to another customer and was about to do something for him and, as his attention was no longer on the gentleman waiting, I asked if they programmed key fobs. He was so rude I had to walk out of the store with my daughter as I thought I may actually cry!!! Civility costs nothing. As we left he made a comment along the lines of goodbye then! I’ve been going here for the past 7 years for shoe repair and the work done has always been done to a high quality and reasonable price. Special shout out to Kev who runs the shop and whose enthusiasm and cheerfulness is contagious!

Was greeted by three lovely gentlemen who very kindly adjusted my watch for me, free of charge! I’ve been going to this Timpson’s for a few years now and they’ve always been incredibly helpful and charming. Thank you very much!

Advertised as being open until 18:00. I walked in at 17:25 to get some keys cut and would told I would have to wait until tomorrow to pick them up as “we’re about to go home”. Other Timpsons shops have previously been able to do this for me in 2 minutes. A bit disappointing.

Went in as my heel had come off from a fellow commuter treading on the back. Was greeted by Kev who was very polite and efficient and was able to sort my shoe in record time. Thank you Kev
