I’ve been going here for the past 7 years for shoe repair and the work done has always been done to a high quality and reasonable price. Special shout out to Kev who runs the shop and whose enthusiasm and cheerfulness is contagious!

It used to be amazing place with friendly staff. However, one of staff was absolutely rude and humiliated me. They should fix problems in leather items. But, what he did to me was that you damaged shoes and it is your fault. I'm speechless. While I'm acknowledged that some issues can't be fixed, they have to politely say that they can't. Shame on you.

Please update your work timings. Most of your shops don’t serve customers post 4:30 pm…quite misleading. I was sent to 3 different shops and all of them turned down citing time (between 4 and 4:45 pm)

Horrible man, walked in, he’d just stopped talking to another customer and was about to do something for him and, as his attention was no longer on the gentleman waiting, I asked if they programmed key fobs. He was so rude I had to walk out of the store with my daughter as I thought I may actually cry!!! Civility costs nothing. As we left he made a comment along the lines of goodbye then!
