Converted my shoes from leather to Dainite soles. Cost less than a third of what a competitor quoted for the same job, quality of finish looks good, and turned around in a week. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Would happily recommend.
Extremely rude staff and unhelpful, brought my leather boots in to have the soles glued back together. I asked the guy if he could mask the leather or something since my previous pair of boots that were done here had a lot of glue on sides, the guy was clearly offended by a perfectly reasonable request and his response was ‘NO CHANCE!’ Im not sure where this chap gets his customer service training from, but having worked in retail in my youth I would not be speaking to a customer like that. Honestly would not go anywhere else. Steve is always so welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. Shop is always immaculately clean and tidy and even when I’m just walking past I always look in to say hi. Highly highly recommend Steve at Timpsons east grinstead
