Converted my shoes from leather to Dainite soles. Cost less than a third of what a competitor quoted for the same job, quality of finish looks good, and turned around in a week. Staff pleasant and knowledgeable. Would happily recommend.
Extremely rude staff and unhelpful, brought my leather boots in to have the soles glued back together. I asked the guy if he could mask the leather or something since my previous pair of boots that were done here had a lot of glue on sides, the guy was clearly offended by a perfectly reasonable request and his response was ‘NO CHANCE!’ Im not sure where this chap gets his customer service training from, but having worked in retail in my youth I would not be speaking to a customer like that.
