Lee was amazing! Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I had previously been told by 2 people that my watch needed a new movement. Lee had a look and fixed the issue. This watch had sentimental value so I was very grateful. I have no hesitation in recommending Timpsons in Taplow and will be back - thank you Lee!

I went to do some shopping and thought I cut a key at Timpsons too for commodity. How wrong was I. They didn’t had the key I needed (fair enough) so we ordered it and paid £9 which is quite a lot for a small key. They meant to call me when they have the key and now 7 days after if I wouldn’t call to check I’d probably be waiting till Christmas. Also website says closing at 6pm and I’ve been told no they leave at 5pm. No note on the cabin that they will be closing early, nothing online. I turned up yesterday before 6pm and cl... read more
