I visited Timpsons Forge Retail Park with my son who required a ID Photo who is on the Autism Spectrum, The gentleman who served us was patient and courteous of my sons needs and requirements, Taking plenty of images allowing their to be no stress. Credit to the company and service was above and beyond for taking such this as a photo.
Arrived at 4:30pm with shoes requiring new heals..I was informed that the heals I required could not be found, though he knew he had some..that I could have an alternative heal, and due to the store closing at 6pm..I could have them ready for 10pm the following day. I informed him I needed them repairing now as I was away the following day. I was told he couldn't as he needed to 'Tidy Up' for closing at 6pm.
