Took my wedding dress to Timpson in Telford (Sainsbury’s). I only had 10 days before my wedding to get it dry cleaned. Rob and the blonde lady were absolutely incredible. They were so helpful, nothing was too much to them. They explained the whole process and said they’d take care of the dress. When I collected it (only 2 days later! Others said they needed a month) it was immaculate, perfect condition and smelled beautiful! Thank you so much for taking such good care of my dress. A credit to the company!!
Me & my husband took our little boy Jenson to Timpson’s (Forge Retail Park, Telford) to have his first ever passport photo taken last weekend. Jenson is 5 & is autistic & non verbal, so we knew getting him to sit still & look at the camera might be tricky. We were served by Rob & he was absolutely AMAZING! He was so kind & patient with Jenson, & he managed to get a perfect passport photo! When we need to go to Timpsons again we will definitely be going back to this branch & looking out for Rob! Visited this branch of Timpsons , inside the Telford Sainsbury's Supermarket in January 2026 . My ancient Size 14 walking boots had completely detached their sole on one boot. So I took them into Timpsons on a Saturday, before doing our weekly shop . The Timpsons store is located inside Sainsbury's Supermarket on the immediate right handside as you enter the store .
