Fantastic customer service! Stephen was so friendly and easy to talk to. I needed a remote car key cutting which proved to be a bit tricky. Stephen persevered in the rain trying multiple methods and managed to get it to work. The blade cut wasn’t 100% in Stephen’s opinion so he arranged to cut another so it was perfect. Replaced battery in 2 x car keys. Very helpful and quick service. Highly recommend
Visited the store this morning, a lovely chap assisted in my request to fix the strap on my father's watch, I explained the functionality wasn't needed as it was more for sentiment purposes. The assistant worked on my dad's watch and repaired the strap to the best of his availability without having to replace a thing. After returning to collect the watch and I asked how much I owed. The guy that works in there is such a understanding person , couldn’t do more for you , had a problem with a key he sorted it went above and beyond
Service of Stephen was 5 star. My husband and myself were delighted today with Stephen he went over and beyond to help us with a van key poor man got soaked outside programming the van, we had tried a locksmith that couldn't do it but Stephen sorted it in no time and helped fix our other key too, we were really gratefull and impressed with his efficiency and service with a smile, thank you Stephen you are now my favourite go to no doubt will be back soon for a spare car key for my own car.
