I was suggested this store from a different Timpson store due to not having the specific part for my car key fob, amazing customer service. The gentleman working today explained that there was a potential issue with my key fob before working on it (due to the damage to it) and explained the risk before trying to repair it. I went ahead with it anyway, and even though the problem came up, he managed to fix it and I now have a fully working key, cost less than half of what a new key would have cost! Highly recommended

Fantastic customer service! Stephen was so friendly and easy to talk to. I needed a remote car key cutting which proved to be a bit tricky. Stephen persevered in the rain trying multiple methods and managed to get it to work. The blade cut wasn’t 100% in Stephen’s opinion so he arranged to cut another so it was perfect. Do not get your key fob car batteries changed at timpson they have just charged me 25 pounds for a 3.99 battery how is that for getting ripped off
Visited the store this morning, a lovely chap assisted in my request to fix the strap on my father's watch, I explained the functionality wasn't needed as it was more for sentiment purposes. The assistant worked on my dad's watch and repaired the strap to the best of his availability without having to replace a thing. After returning to collect the watch and I asked how much I owed.
