I was suggested this store from a different Timpson store due to not having the specific part for my car key fob, amazing customer service. The gentleman working today explained that there was a potential issue with my key fob before working on it (due to the damage to it) and explained the risk before trying to repair it. I went ahead with it anyway, and even though the problem came up, he managed to fix it and I now have a fully working key, cost less than half of what a new key would have cost! Highly recommended

Just been helped by 2 lovely guys (sorry, didnt get names) at Dragonville, Durham. They totally fixed my favourite boots which I thought were trashed…. Amazing, awesome and thank you!!! 🌟💚

Fantastic customer service! Stephen was so friendly and easy to talk to. I needed a remote car key cutting which proved to be a bit tricky. Stephen persevered in the rain trying multiple methods and managed to get it to work. The blade cut wasn’t 100% in Stephen’s opinion so he arranged to cut another so it was perfect. I feel other people may have tried one or two methods then said ‘sorry it won’t work’. I have had this happen in the past with another vehicle. Stephen is a credit to the company. I have normally experienced very good service from Timpsons in many areas, but the guy running this store was singularly unhelpful when I visited today. I was not impressed.
