We popped in today to ask if you had any hearing aid batteries and we were served by Marie in the Oakwood Tesco branch. Marie went over and above to help get the right battery, but when a new battery didn’t immediately help she offered me the use of her tools and workbench. 15 mins later and some open heart surgery on the hearing aides, one came back to life.
