Lee went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot an issue with a key cutting I had had done earlier, and finally got it to work after Id given up hope. Great service.
Woke up early and left the house early to get there before work so I could buy some shoe polish and a brush, as they supposedly open at 8:30am. Wanted to support a brick and mortar business that does good for ex convicts and employs local people, but they did not open on time, and so wasted my time. Unfortunately Amazon will be getting my business again.
Came in for what should have been a simple battery replacement. What I received was a masterclass in how not to handle electronics. The technician somehow managed to solder the positive and negative battery terminals together, effectively short-circuiting a lithium battery in a wearable device. Lee was an the most friendly and helpful cobbler I've encountered! We'd been to several other leather craftsmen for a particular request of making a little ferret harness, when we finally asked here, he was very happy to help and made us a little harness within five minutes!
