Had an issue with a key cut by a Timpson automatic machine in a Tesco store. Took it to this Timpson to be rectified. Still not working. Took it back again and a very knowledgeable lady working there made another fresh key without charge. Explained all potential issues and reassured me to keep bringing it back if it didn't work and they would get it sorted and keep going til the issue was rectified. She was a great ambassador for Timpson and reassuring and professional. I really appreciated it. Thank you.
Went to this branch as I needed to get some extra holes punched into a couple of belts. The woman working there was so lovely and did them for me but refused to take any money. So kind of her and great service - thank you!
Kerri was really helpful and kind trying to fix our van key - when she couldn't fix it (no fault of her own) she signposted us to the Shepton mallet store and we got it sorted. great customer service.
Incredibly helpful and friendly staff - she glued my Haflinger slipper sole, suggested a trim to the edge which was faulty when made ... and did the work on the spot. Great service!
Amazing...Kerri was super helpful... Thank you 🤩
