My garage door lock key was broken in half and unfortunately that was the only key I had. I went to Timpson in Asda, Sydenham. I felt it was difficult ask as the key was broken, Elliot was kind and quite positive and built a new one using the broken key! To my surprise it worked the first time I tried opening. I really appreciate the work done by him. I surely recommend this shop for any key related issues.

Went in to get two batteries changed in my car fobs, to my shock was told it’s £20 each but I’m all for supporting ex convicts and giving them a second chance and always have used their key cutting services to support them but never again after this. I gave them the go ahead and as they to change the first key battery and then clocked the logo on my other key fob and said I’d have to pay more as it’s a better car which I actually thought she was joking but she must have missed the day of customer care training when they do... read more

Really helpful! Quotes me for a new car key but checked to see if he could see what was wrong with my original and realised what was wrong with saved me over £150. Really kind hearted and helpful!!
