Poor quality machines and cutting bits as they apparently can't cut keys if you provide a blank as the blank will damage there tools. #if a key maker can't cut steel or softer metal keys, they shouldn't be a key maker.
Great service today! Would certainly recommend :-) Needed to fix a broken car key fob - was worried it would be an expensive job as web research had suggested it could be £200-£400..but no! He fitted my old fob inner workings into a new fob and re-attached the key bit. £50 and took 15 mins! happy customer!
I needed to get my kitchen knives sharpened up, and was lucky enough to discover this new service offered by my local Timpson branch in Plymouth. I checked out the service and was impressed to learn that they ask for knives to be transported safely between your home and their premises, which is great advice. Went in to get a car key fixed, I’d had trouble finding anywhere that was open that fell in line with my work schedule so tried Timpsons for the first time. The service was quick simple and seamless will definitely be going back. I would highly recommend Adam at Timpsons at Asda Plymouth. He was professional and knowledgeable and sorted a new car key casing for me at a fraction of the cost of a new one from VW...saved me £250! Many thanks 😊
