Business response:
Thank you for your wonderful feedback, Gaz. Charlie's courteous service truly reflects what Timpson stands for. We'll pass your kind words along to him!
DO NOT use here for clothes repairs. A zip replacement on a coat is taking weeks and weeks in the middle of winter despite promises by three different people including the fitter it will be ready sooner. No notes left on the order so having to explain myself over and over. Very poor service all round, will go elsewhere in future.
Business response:
We’re very sorry to hear about the delays and the repeated inconvenience you’ve experienced. This is not the level of service we aim to provide. Please email us at customer.support@timpson.com
