Visited to get the heels of a pair of boots fixed up. I thought they were pretty badly damaged but the cobbler fixed them up perfectly and did so much quicker than I expected - was also much cheaper than I was used to paying for shoe repairs elsewhere!
I’ve been here for years Robert is wonderful and really cares about customer needs he’s such a kind sole and looked after me so well please look after him
Excellent efficient service. Boots with tricky shaped heel repaired really well. Salesman served me before he had even officially opened. Very pleasant person.
Timpson battery for longlines watches - rip off !!! Stealth tax !! Wanted £95 for basic replacement - went to local high end jeweller with superb reputation £15. Appalling !! They must be friends with Starmer !! Let’s get those with nice things 😡 and make them pay more for everything. I’ll never use them for anything again - including keys, laces, shoes etc
Robert ( Sainsbury’s branch mere green) was brilliant at repairing my wedge sandals - exceptional service I had been to a few other branches and was told they couldn’t repair ! But nothing was too much trouble for Robert- he glued the sides down and repaired the heels ! I’m so pleased as they are my most comfortable shoes / thanks so much for the gold standard service!
