I took keys to be cut at Timpson at Asda. James was amazing not only cutting 3 sets of keys but adding coloured tops and a chain to help them to remain secure and to be found easily. Turning stress into solutions. Thank you so much James
Shoe-perb service! Visitied my local Timpsons within the Morrisons supermarket in Kendal, Cumbria. The two guys working were so friendly and welcoming. I wanted a pair of beloved comfortable shoes repairing and they immediately jumped to it!! After I had done a quick shop I returned to get the repaired shoes back and was told that there would be no charge as it had been such a quick repair and whilst I was very happy to pay - it was such a nice friendly gesture. Air Fry Bri 5753 - amazing service today. I'd popped in on holiday needing a small sewing repair for my boot. Not only did Bri do it there and then he didn't even charge me. I really don't expect that kindness and service these days and I really appreciate it. Comfy shoes are hard to find! What's more now I know Timpson do car keys I'll be using that service too and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. Thanks very much from a happy customer.
On the 30th July, I managed to lock my handbag containing money, cards, husbands wallet with his money and cards inside the boot of my car, along with my key fob. I managed to get home only to find my spare fob had died and needed a battery. I scraped up all the loose change I had and was taken to Timpsons, at Asda Kendal, where a fantastic young man called Anthony sorted me out with a new battery and a sympathetic ear. I’ve recently took my watch to Timpsons at Asda and Anthony was the best person I could of asked for he was charming and very helpful showing me tips and how to change the time as I’m clueless he was very patient and overall the best I could of asked for to help me out I really would recommend him to anyone that needs any help or inquires with their belongings and timpsons really do have such a good employer
