Took 2 pairs of boots in today for re sole and a watch for a new battery and I was taken aback by the exceptional customer service by the young man who was on his own serving. His name badge said Harry / Hazza. Impecable manners, clear polite communication (I had to leave my boots for collection next week as he wasn’t yet trained to resole) he was efficient, friendly and an absolute credit to his employers. Great job Hazza I hope Timpson’s recognise your worth.
