Julian was great to me! I went to sort my house keys out and he was very patient and understanding. Knowing it was our first house he even kindly gifted us with engraving on the key rings. Very quick service and accomodated all my requests. 😊
I had great experience as the man was very helpful and he has rescued my favourite pair of leather shoes. I always revisit this place for any repairs needed

Jason,Cat and Kate have restored my faith in Timpsons.All extremely professional and helpful.Kate offered to rectify a poor job done by another Timpson store ...which they have done ..Today Jason skillfully repaired my shoes to a very high standard.Nothing is too much trouble.Would highly recommend .Will be using them in the future.
We were cutting it fine yesterday getting here in time, (after being turned away from the Morrisons Timpsons and told to ‘try again tomorrow’), unfortunately we didn’t have that option. The battery in my boyfriend’s car key was playing up and the gent in this Timpsons sorted it for us super quickly and we still managed to get out before closing at 5 (just!) Thank you so much you saved our day!
