I had a memory bras plaque made for r my son who passed Dec 25 , 3 times Timosins got it wrong twice incorrect date on it, & 3rd time after told it was ready again to the assistant show me my sons plaque yet again wrong date I was beside myself as he resented yet again wrong date. Stall was unmanned when I arrived with a sign saying back at 345 pm. Offering.a 10pc discount for waiting. The reception in Sainsbury’s is lousy so I moved to the entrance to get some reception while I waited. 4 keys cut for £27. But no ten percent discount. “Because I hadn’t waited”. Well I wasn’t doing anything else but waiting for him. When I asked him how I knew that there was a 10percent discount if I hadn’t waited.
