My watch strap broke. I tried few places who either didn't have the right size or wanted my kidneys as payment. Found myself in Selfridges by recommendation. The guy was really helpful. They had a range of straps across cheap, middle and eye watering prices. Good experience all round.

Utterly disappointed with this service. I paid for them to make a copy of my key so I could have a spare key in case I lose the other. However, they copied the key on the wrong brand and the key that I have fits in the lock, but it’s too thick and it’s impossible to open or close the door. It is the wrong brand as per the locksmith observation. I had to get a locksmith to come open my door because my key that I paid for at Timpson doesn’t work. Excellent work! I brought a new oair of womens loafers, and I asked for a new rubber sole to be added. It looks like it was already there!! 😉 Very polite, they were ready next day. Keep in mind Saturdays are quite busy.

Great service and very efficient too. My watch battery replacement was done in only about 15 minutes. Note: The place is located in the lower ground level of Selfridges.
