I took my friend’s shoes to be repaired at this business’s Selfridges concession on 1 May 2026. He was visiting from abroad for my daughter’s christening, so we needed them fixed properly and quickly. They were collected the same day and worn for the first time the next morning, 2 May, for the christening. Almost as soon as he put them on, they fell apart. Evan saved my evening from being a complete disaster yesterday (03/07/26). Walking towards a dinner reservation for my daughter's birthday, pretty much the entire sole of my shoe became unglued, completely unexpectedly. It was practically impossible to walk as only an inch or so at the toe end was still attached. Evan fixed it quickly and effectively, saving our whole evening. After taking a number of shoes here multiple times to get the heel repaired, and only lasting one night after until they had to be fixed again. I can honestly say this is the worst cobblers I’ve been too in London. Go to an independent cobblers and you will get a much better service and longer lasting wear, especially if you prefer wearing a smaller heel like me!! Had to leave a review after the excellent engraving service I received. This is really is a high calibre team, Timpson should be extremely proud of their guys here. I was very impressed at their customer service with other people too. Shout out to Terry, Evan and Jimmy. Thank you all for your kind help, patience and fantastic service on what must have been your busiest day of the year.
Had been looking around to get my Versace watch adjusted and most places would not do it! Not even Versace because it was not from recent season! These guys did straight away and only took a few mins for a fair price 🙏 very friendly staff as well ✨
