I took my friend’s shoes to be repaired at this business’s Selfridges concession on 1 May 2026. He was visiting from abroad for my daughter’s christening, so we needed them fixed properly and quickly. They were collected the same day and worn for the first time the next morning, 2 May, for the christening. Almost as soon as he put them on, they fell apart. After taking a number of shoes here multiple times to get the heel repaired, and only lasting one night after until they had to be fixed again. I can honestly say this is the worst cobblers I’ve been too in London. Go to an independent cobblers and you will get a much better service and longer lasting wear, especially if you prefer wearing a smaller heel like me!! Had to leave a review after the excellent engraving service I received. This is really is a high calibre team, Timpson should be extremely proud of their guys here. I was very impressed at their customer service with other people too. Shout out to Terry, Evan and Jimmy. Thank you all for your kind help, patience and fantastic service on what must have been your busiest day of the year.
My watch strap broke. I tried few places who either didn't have the right size or wanted my kidneys as payment. Found myself in Selfridges by recommendation. The guy was really helpful. They had a range of straps across cheap, middle and eye watering prices. Good experience all round.
