I went into Timpson’s in Caterham in an emergency. I was bridesmaid at a wedding nearby and lost the tips of my shoe heels. Ben was super kind and helpful, he fixed them for me super quickly and wouldn’t allow me to pay him. I was extremely grateful!

I visited the Caterham branch on Monday, where I met a chap named Smooth - a really engaging, friendly and professional chap He changed the strap on one watch, batteries in 2 (lifetime guarantee inc) and repaired a strap on a 3rd, which belonged to my late father. I didn't want to replace it, so Smooth advised glueing it, so it retained its shape. A really top chap, good value service and this is my 2nd visit to Timpson in a month - the other in Reigate - and they have been excellent
