Damaged my watch by using the wrong kind of hammer to replace a link. Visible scratches now to the bracelet. Avoid.
We called in because we were having trouble with our car key, David was really helpful when we explained the problem and he even came to the car to help us, it's lovely to get such good service and we can't praise David enough for his help
Took my glasses in as a screw had come out of one of the arms, in hope that they could repair them. Despite not technically covering glasses repairs, they were able to use a watch screw! Thank you again, absolute lifesavers
