This morning I asked the young man if he could repair a favourite old hand bag. He did it on the spot and changed me nothing. So kind and considerate. Thank you
Just had the most incredible service by a gentleman who I believe was called Andrew. He went out of his way to provide exceptional service and was extremely friendly (to not only me but to the customer before me too!!). He said he travelled over two hours to come to work, which is a dedication in itself. Finding someone with not only his customer service skills but just in general as kind as he was it’s not something you come across very often nowadays! He’s a true gem and I hope highly recognised by Timpsons.
Went in for a shell replacement on my car key. Job was all done in less than 10 minutes. £50 for a new shell, new battery and a newly-cut blade. Work was very efficient and the key was fully tested before I paid. Faultless experience.
My wife Jane previously had a key cut elsewhere which did not work and took it back to the same place to be redone and still didn't work. So Today went to Timpsons in Aberystwyth to have a key cut to fit the same padlock. Superb I know where I will go in the future. A big thank you to Dave for helping. Kind regards Jane
