Went today to get a new car key and new house keys. Dave was extremely helpful, despite being rushed off his feet, was always willing to help, very polite and social. Great service from Dave, would very much recommend!
Recently got a watch battery replaced. "Jedi Master" was very helpful and took the time to explain the different warranties available. Very pleased
I always get my car key batteries replaced at Timpsons and I have the lifetime offer on them. Saves you a lot of money if you keep your cars for a while. One that I had a lifetime replacement one wasn’t working and didn’t work when the battery was replaced. Instead of giving up, the guy (Jordon) got some tools out and started to play around with the key itself and got it working. We have our keys cut thereto and Jordon is usually the guy that’s serving.
