Wonderful job by Craig to re-sole and heel my boots that included a bit of 'custom' work on the soles, Loakes wanted £120.00 to do it and Craig did it for £80.00 - just as good, why go anywhere else !!!
Craig is so incredibly nice and genuine and always gives the best advice, he never tries to get you to buy stuff you don’t need, and that’s what keeps us coming back. Because we trust Craig, we now think “Timpson” when we need something like dry cleaning, shoe fixing, etc. We have only had positive experiences here. Thank you!

I got my duplicate keys made here. It was very quick, under 2 mins. The charges for duplicate keys are £8 for the first key and half of it for the second one. The store has got equipment for shoe repair as well. Well maintained.
