I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with the appalling level of service I received at your shop when requesting passport photos. After taking and printing the photos, your staff member demanded payment and then informed me that she was unable or unwilling to cut the photos, stating that I would need to cut them myself. Appreciated the sticking down of a partially unstuck sole on an old pair of favourite trainers that might have 500 miles left on them! Was warned that it might not last because the shoe base is ancient (like its owner)! No charge AND happy Christmas wishes. THANK YOU for a really great and honest service.
