I had five rings to resize that are very special to me. He took his time made sure we matched everything we were doing. Informed me of the process how much and roughly how long it will take. Very polite informative and pleasant. There were lots of people coming in and out and he still focused on serving me and did not rush. Very happy now awaiting for products to be returned.
