This unassuming kiosk in our Sainsburys car park is an incredibly useful resource. On a previous occasion I’ve had the key fob car battery replaced with very efficient service. Yesterday my daughter and I went to have passport photos done after our attempts were rejected. The friendly guy helping us went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding service. I’m very grateful to have a Timpson branch nearby again. I was explaining to my daughter some of the inspiring ways the Timpsons run their businesses, she was astonished.
Sam was really helpful and I was so pleased the branch was open today ( on a Sunday) as I needed a heel fixed for shoes I am wearing at my daughter’s graduation. I would give more then 5 stars if I could.
The attendant at the kiosk was friendly and even entertaining as my 13 year old akwardly tried to explain he needed a screen repair for his iphone. His ability to interact between young adults and mature adults was a pleasure to expierence. Thank you Sam, for helping my son to develop his independent shopping skills!
I had a pr of my shoes heeled about a month ago by Sam, he has a lovely manner with his customers he is helpful, knowledgeable and polite . He did a great job of my shoes Thank you Sam. Very helpful and highly skilled at his job. Nothing was a problem and there wasn’t anything he couldn’t do. Went the extra mile for everyone. 100% customer satisfaction!
