Sam is such a star! He sorted out new batteries in two watches for me and he couldn’t have been more helpful. A very professional, friendly service all completed in five minutes or so. What a gentleman! Highly recommend 🙂
The young man called me twice to advise of extra work needed to my shoes. I was unavailable so he undertook the extra work free of charge as it was my first time using them. He has done a great job and this level of honesty and care is worth my repeat custom! Many thanks

Sam was really helpful and I was so pleased the branch was open today ( on a Sunday) as I needed a heel fixed for shoes I am wearing at my daughter’s graduation. I would give more then 5 stars if I could.
This unassuming kiosk in our Sainsburys car park is an incredibly useful resource. On a previous occasion I’ve had the key fob car battery replaced with very efficient service. Yesterday my daughter and I went to have passport photos done after our attempts were rejected. The friendly guy helping us went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding service. I’m very grateful to have a Timpson branch nearby again. I was explaining to my daughter some of the inspiring ways the Timpsons run their businesses, she was astonished.
