Just been to Timpsons at Tower Road Lowestoft as I looked for shoe repairs near me on the Internet and apparently they haven't been doing repairs for years! Wasted journey as nearest is in our town. They should update their advertisement.

Phone answered quickly and very friendly woman confirmed same day dry cleaning available. Suit jacket dry cleaned within 2 hours on a Sunday. Brilliant. Would definitely use again. Thanks for the good service.

The woman at the desk was rude. £9.75 for one ordinary jacket, had to be paid up front with no sign of a price list. Jacket came back with marks left around the collar. And she boasted their service was the best.

Sarah and her team are absolutely amazing! Nothing is ever a problem. We use the wash and iron service and everything is ironed to perfection. Would highly recommend

UPDATE: Head Office now been in touch - matter hopefully resolved now (jacket located and on way) and refund of cleaning bill. 👍 We have been trying to resolve the matter of a lost leather jacket. The item was placed in the care of Timpsons at Morrisons , Lowestoft. £50 was paid for the specialist cleaning. The jacket has never been returned.
