How They are professional how great service !!! I ordered a key to be cut on 09/09/2025 and was told it would take 5 working days, but even by 12/10/2025 it still hadn’t arrived. I had to keep chasing them and never got a proper apology. In the end, I just asked for a refund because they completely wasted my time. Very disappointed with the poor service — would not recommend.
I’ve been there a few times, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The young man working there seems to lack basic customer service skills—he’s rude, unapproachable, and never engages with customers. He always appears to be in a bad mood, and whenever you ask a question, he responds in a condescending manner. It feels like he’s constantly having a bad day, and it really affects the overall experience.
I went to get my watch strap reduced. The staff member was helpful and quick. I was asked to come back for my watches in 30 minutes. When i went back it was ready. One of the watches was too tight. I asked that it be readjusted which he did on the spot. Prices too are moderate.
Nope, the usual guy in there isnt very friendly and the quality is bad. reason i know this is i had to take my shoes back to the Gravesend store and they have lasted far better. Would not recommend at all
Credit where credits due. Really helpful staff in our local Chatham store. I've always found the staff exceptionally helpful here especially when my daughter worked in a stables and her boots needed urgent repair. More recently I can only continue to sing their praises. Even though the staff have changed the young man repaired my partners leather boots. They needed sturdy new heels and they were even able to repair the stitching which the Bluewater store had declined only the day before! Really happy happy thank you so much,... read more
