How They are professional how great service !!! I ordered a key to be cut on 09/09/2025 and was told it would take 5 working days, but even by 12/10/2025 it still hadn’t arrived. I had to keep chasing them and never got a proper apology. In the end, I just asked for a refund because they completely wasted my time. Very disappointed with the poor service — would not recommend.

I’ve been there a few times, and the experience has been consistently disappointing. The young man working there seems to lack basic customer service skills—he’s rude, unapproachable, and never engages with customers. He always appears to be in a bad mood, and whenever you ask a question, he responds in a condescending manner. It feels like he’s constantly having a bad day, and it really affects the overall experience.

Nope, the usual guy in there isnt very friendly and the quality is bad. reason i know this is i had to take my shoes back to the Gravesend store and they have lasted far better. Would not recommend at all

I went to get my watch strap reduced. The staff member was helpful and quick. I was asked to come back for my watches in 30 minutes. When i went back it was ready. One of the watches was too tight. I asked that it be readjusted which he did on the spot. Prices too are moderate.

The staff were very polite, helpful, and provided speedy service. The pricing was excellent too. I brought in my shoes for repair, and they came back looking brand new—absolutely impressed! I highly recommend their service. Thank you for the amazing work!
