How They are professional how great service !!! I ordered a key to be cut on 09/09/2025 and was told it would take 5 working days, but even by 12/10/2025 it still hadn’t arrived. I had to keep chasing them and never got a proper apology. In the end, I just asked for a refund because they completely wasted my time. Very disappointed with the poor service — would not recommend.
I went to get my watch strap reduced. The staff member was helpful and quick. I was asked to come back for my watches in 30 minutes. When i went back it was ready. One of the watches was too tight. I asked that it be readjusted which he did on the spot. Prices too are moderate.
The staff were very polite, helpful, and provided speedy service. The pricing was excellent too. I brought in my shoes for repair, and they came back looking brand new—absolutely impressed! I highly recommend their service. Thank you for the amazing work!
Credit where credits due. Really helpful staff in our local Chatham store. I've always found the staff exceptionally helpful here especially when my daughter worked in a stables and her boots needed urgent repair. More recently I can only continue to sing their praises. Even though the staff have changed the young man repaired my partners leather boots. I had my car key failed to open my car doors when I was shopping,the only way I could do this manually and driving with alarm going off. Mr Jackson made me a new complete key that worked . It was excellent service and can’t him enough. Keep up the good work. Mr Lone
