I had a great experience at Timpson shoe repairs and wanted to highlight the excellent customer service I received. The assistant, you know who you are, who helped me was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain the repair options clearly, which really put me at ease. Great customer service, delivered professionally in a friendly manner, whilst I sat and waited. I’d recommend any to visit Timpsons at Castle Marina. You won’t be disappointed. He restored faith in the human race too as I was experiencing a bad day already. Thank you!
Needed a key cutting so went to local one in superstore. Charged £12 for a 5 second service. Key does work but advised id paid at least 3 x too much so find a small independent guy as this franchise obviously ripping people off. Sister only paid £4 for a similar key elsewhere.
Joel was super friendly and quick in replacing my watch battery 👌 2nd review: Been a few times since my 1st ever visit above, each time the customer service has been brilliant. Been served by Joel many times and another young lad once, excellent all round. Always solved my problems be it a watch battery or car keys.
I came to Timpson today to get my car key fixed as the button had broke. Joel in the Timpson - Sainsbury’s castle boulevard Nottingham not only did this for me but went above and beyond when it appeared I had done a real number to my car key. He was funny, a pleasure to talk to and you could tell that the other staff really liked his character.
