I just felt I had to mention the member of staff at Timpsons Meole Brace, Shrewsbury. I dropped a watch into the branch for a new battery and promptly left without picking it up!! I found a phone number on-line (a rarity in itself) and arranged to collect it 2 days later, when it had baeen carefully kept for me. Unfortunately I didnt get his name but hopefully he can be identified and recognised by management
