Kyle provided excellent customer service when replacing my watch strap, completing the task quickly and to a great standard. Would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely return as a customer.

Massive thanks to David at Timpsons, Sainsbury's Nantwich for helping me this morning when my car broke down. Within a couple of minutes, he had got the jump starter from the booth and I was on my way home! Amazing :)
Lee from your Nantwich store located at Sainsbury’s was incredibly helpful he fixed my necklace whilst I went and my shopping and it was ready for pick up when I’d finished, lee was very professional and was really nice.
Dave served me today for dry cleaning and to engrave dog tags, he was brilliant! He was multitasking and yet still managed to serve everyone promptly. I didn’t realise Timpsons offered so many services- I will definitely be back!
