Great service from a very pleasant young fella called Mo at Timpsons at Sainsbury's on Team Valley. He did a cracking job with my boots and was so cheerful and chatty. Will definitely go back. Cheers Mo! 😄

Great service of the guy in the shop, however after sending my phone to be repaired my new screen contained dead pixels and came without a fingerprint reader(which it had before) and the screen is green. Wouldn't recommend to people wanting a phone repair

Fantastic service from Mark (?). I had 2 house keys made in aTimpson shop in Newcastle (I won't say which one) but neither of them worked when I got home. I knew that I could take them back to ANY Timpson shop so I took them to the one adjoining Sainsbury's at Team Valley. He was great, he did them there and then (took 20 mins over them), no complaining and said if there was still a problem he would happily try and sort it. Got home and they both worked fine. I was served by the lovely Sam today! Such a friendly lass and nothing was too much bother for her even though I kept adding on to what I wanted! She was friendly and really attentive! Cheers Sam!

Great little shop, they do: • Dry cleaning • Watch repairs/adjustments/batteries • Key cutting / security keys 3for2 deal • Shoe repairs • Engraving • Car key shells/batteries/non remote keys • Photo I.D • Phone repairs And so much more Staff are also really friendly and helpful.
