Disappointed 😞 Took 2 tuxedo's and an evening dress for dry cleaning. Collected all 3 items and all in same wrap together, one tux was all creased down the front, the brand new velvet tux full of bits looked worse than when i took them in. Had to wait for collection as staff member on a break(no issue here) but said if we wait 10% discount will be applied thought ok at £80.00 save 8.00 but refused to give it. Not a very pleasant chap, will go somewhere else next time.
Took our door key for 2 duplicates. Astounded at the cost and neither work! Always had good service from Timpson’s but not impressed this time
Had my watches for new batteries and took the lifetime offer . Excellent service
Visited the chesterfield branch timpsons Sainsbury’s on Sunday 10.11.2024 I had a brilliant experience whilst sorting my watch out I was served by Michael a proper top bloke.He sorted my watch problems with ease with great expertise.The company is very lucky to have him as part of the staff.
Would recommend to send the Manager on customer service training. Rude and appalling service!
