DO NOT GET YOUR KEYS CUT HERE!! Wish I had read the reviews, but I had the exact same experience as another reviewer. Got 5 keys cut, and they could lock the door but not unlock it - I got locked out twice with two different keys, spent hours trying to get in waiting for someone who had a spare (original) key to let me back in. Went back with 4 keys as I had left one with a friend - was met with the rudest customer service I’ve ever had. I had a key cut here, and it was completely unusable. I returned to have it corrected, only to be given another key that didn’t work. At that point, I had no choice but to request a refund. This level of inaccuracy is unacceptable for such a basic service. The lack of skill and attention to detail was obvious, and there was little confidence shown in the work being carried out. Very friendly and nice people, but not very knowledgeable. Part of the clasp on a watch I own popped off and this should have been a 30 second fix, or at the worst, a replacement of the clasp or even whole band, which is also very simple. However two of the employees took one look at it and immediately said broken beyond repair nothing they could do… Went home and took a closer look and was able to fix it with no tools in about 15 mins, good as new. Great service and very professional. From engraving, keys, insoles replacements, they can do it all. Gifts and lighters engravings too. They also repair broken watches, offering wide range of in-store watch repairs and battery replacements. I have used their services for many years and I was always pleased with the results. They are also offering lifetime warranty for watch batteries which is great to have. I would definitely recommend to use their services.
Was picking up an item today and the server's colleague saw fit to look up from his workspace and cough in my face before returning to his duties. I hope he hadn't given me Covid. I shall never use again.
