Great service and very professional. From engraving, keys, insoles replacements, they can do it all. Gifts and lighters engravings too. They also repair broken watches, offering wide range of in-store watch repairs and battery replacements. I have used their services for many years and I was always pleased with the results. They are also offering lifetime warranty for watch batteries which is great to have. I would definitely recommend to use their services.

A few years ago I took in a watch for a new battery. I paid £21.95 which I was told would guarantee me new batteries for life. I was given a receipt with the amount written and was told that I would need to keep this receipt which I did. Recently my husband took my watch in for a new battery and was told that the receipt I’d been given wasn’t correct and I should have been given a card of some sort so I would have to pay for the new battery! Needless to say I went somewhere else and won’t be going back to Timpsons!
