Very good customer service from Dawn at Timpson in Church Square Arcade in St Helens, Merseyside. I took a watch to have a new glass face put on it. Dawn took the details and told me an estimated cost. The watch was sent to their workshop as it has an unusual face. I was kept informed by messages from the store and workshop. Their workshop did a great job in fitting the watch with a new glass face. Very happy with the service received. I got the watch back within 3 weeks.
Peter was so amazing and helpful and cheerful. Couldn't do enough for you. And earlier on in the year two other guys helped me out and they took were so helpful and friendly too.
I had a guy called Pete and he was amazing so respectful and done a brilliant job !! I highly recommend him and his shop very professional and polite ❤️
Excellent Service. I visited late on a Saturday and I had four pairs of shoes fitted with grippy rubber sole protectors in about an hour. Very happy with the quality of the work and the service received. 10/10
