Pete at Tompson St Helens absolutely saved my skin, and did an excellent job of glass engraving for the Rainford Linear 5k race. Excellent customer service, knowledge and patience. Top rate service thank you
£19.92 to have boots re heeled.They look dreadful. One heel isn’t fitted properly ….not been cut down enough. The quality of the work is really bad and to top it off my tan boots have black stains and a black splodge from something they have applied to the heel. I’ve heard nothing from customer service so far. I’m disgusted with the workmanship and lack of response from Timpsons customer service.
Very good customer service from Dawn at Timpson in Church Square Arcade in St Helens, Merseyside. I took a watch to have a new glass face put on it. Dawn took the details and told me an estimated cost. The watch was sent to their workshop as it has an unusual face. I was kept informed by messages from the store and workshop. Their workshop did a great job in fitting the watch with a new glass face. Very happy with the service received. I got the watch back within 3 weeks.
Peter was so amazing and helpful and cheerful. Couldn't do enough for you. And earlier on in the year two other guys helped me out and they took were so helpful and friendly too.
I had a guy called Pete and he was amazing so respectful and done a brilliant job !! I highly recommend him and his shop very professional and polite ❤️
