Came up yesterday to sort some links out of my sons watch and to find that they also do simple repairs to my phone, I explained it was not charging correctly , Steve had a quick look and said what the issue could be and had been fixed , highly recommend .
What happened to great Customer Service?..Guy in there needs to be far more welcoming, why bother working there, if you clearly don't want to be there. Needles, to say, won't be going back.
Very disappointed with the customer service I've received, after returning twice after a week the one of the dance shoes was still not re-heeled, I've got to return for collection again tomorrow. If your new staff are unsure of how to work on dance shoes perhaps they should have more training or say up front it's not something they do. Rather than being told if I felt he wasn't competent I shouldn't have left them. Poor customer relations. I won't be returning in future.
Absolutely useless ! Had a key cut, it didnt work, took it back and told the miserable looking assistant. He threw the key across the room, making out it was my fault !!! I took the refund and left. Avoid.
I needed a spare key for a dog travel cage. The first key cut didn’t work sadly but the chap tried everything he had in order to find one that did. Five star service, pleasant guy and amazing perseverance.
