Called in to have a watch battery replaced with lifetime warranty. I have a photo of my watch and the card which was accepted (the card is SOMEWHERE!). I did not know they also replaced phone screens which mine is desperately needing so I will be going back to get that done. Excellent service all round.
Sloppy work on shoe repairs - soles & heels aren’t finished flush and the rough-cut edges stick out all the way around. Looks like a DIY job with kitchen scissors. Timpson’s Guarantee means I have the privilege of traipsing all the way back to Dingwall in case they can do a better job second time around. Great.

Really helpful locksmith (?). Was very friendly and didn't charge me for cutting a key that was exactly the same as the other, though I hadn't noticed. Will make use of again.
