Went for a key cut, the person in Timpsons was fantastic, even gave my toddler a blank key and told her to bring it back when she's older to get her key cut

I went to timpsons at Blaydon today to Get some engraving done Sam a lovely friendly girl served me excellent customer service very friendly and chatty , professional job done well Some Sam!!:)
Absolutely fantastic service today! The poor lady was on over an hour trying to save the heels on my sandals and has done a fantastic job... she's an absolute star!!
