This place service is bad. I took 3 jackets for dry cleaning and paid. They told me come back next week to collect.after a week I went to pick up, They gave me my jacket in a plastic bag wrapped over and told me they are done for you. As I was looking at my jacket I see scuffed and never been washed or dry cleaned, actually it never went out of the shop for drying cleaning. Apparently their opening hours are just a loose guide to when they may be present at the shop to deliver services. Really glad I made the trip today…
What excellent service from Ken at the Yeadon branch. I needed a key cutting for our very old camper van. Ken did his best to find a match, even calling for more advice - but he conceded that he didn't think he was going to able to do it. While I was shopping Ken must have still been on the case as when I was leaving, he called me over to say he'd located a key blank that he though would work! He did it there and then and it works perfectly. Fantastic customer service!
Big shout out for the place: I turned with my car key in pieces. They put it together in a new house with a new blade under 50min for £50 - remote like the original. My car dealership, VW, asked for £240 for a manual key which took them a week to make. Timpsons, you're the best!!
