I had a great experience at Timson Key Shop. Three weeks after getting a key copied, I went back because it wasn’t working properly. The shop owner was very understanding, discussed the issue with me, and made a brand-new key at no extra cost. Excellent customer service and a professional approach — I’ll definitely come back here in the future.
I had a terrible experience today with Timpson in Northampton town centre. I went in to simply change the plastic cover on my fully working car key. The staff member opened it and ended up breaking it—after that, I couldn’t press the buttons at all. I was sent to the Timpson inside Tesco Extra on Clannell Road, where things got even worse. Took a recently brought watch in today for a replacement battery and a buff. Person working behind the counter was very helpful. I was waiting at the door for him to finish his lunch break and the 10% was honoured. Great service highly recommend this branch of timpsons!
