Had a fantastic experience at Timpson's on The Drapery in Northampton. The Manager, John, was able to fix new elastic onto the straps of my daughter's favourite shoes so that she can carry on wearing them. It wasn't simple as we needed to use her old shoes to enable the repair but John didn't seem fazed at all! I was really pleased with the communication, polite and attentive service, speediness and helpfulness. I had a great experience at Timson Key Shop. Three weeks after getting a key copied, I went back because it wasn’t working properly. The shop owner was very understanding, discussed the issue with me, and made a brand-new key at no extra cost. Excellent customer service and a professional approach — I’ll definitely come back here in the future.
I had a terrible experience today with Timpson in Northampton town centre. I went in to simply change the plastic cover on my fully working car key. The staff member opened it and ended up breaking it—after that, I couldn’t press the buttons at all. I was sent to the Timpson inside Tesco Extra on Clannell Road, where things got even worse. Took a recently brought watch in today for a replacement battery and a buff. Person working behind the counter was very helpful. I was waiting at the door for him to finish his lunch break and the 10% was honoured. Great service highly recommend this branch of timpsons!
