Great service and friendly staff going the extra mile to make 6 new Yale keys thanks
Excellent service from the gentleman who served me Friday 20th February evening (fitting a watch battery and taking links out of a second watch). Friendly and helpful and even let me know in the aisles while shopping that the job was done. Really made my day.
Went in to get a pen engraved, was told they don’t engrave pens at this location, despite the Timpson website saying they do. Misleading.
Couldn't get through by phone that day, must of been temporary issue. Went into store and lady working was so helpful
Very helpful with my watch battery could have changed it myself but didn't want to damage best watch so had it cleaned whilst shopping ready when I'd finished and looked brand new
