£20 for a battery replacement in a audi car key (£3) down the road at Eddie Jones DIY store. Woman at Heywood timpson needs to crack a smile too and be abit more welcoming to customers also open her ears too she quoted me £600 for a new key I had to repeat I wanted only the battery. Lucky I gave 3 stars tbh.
Couldn't get through by phone that day, must of been temporary issue. Went into store and lady working was so helpful
Went in to get a pen engraved, was told they don’t engrave pens at this location, despite the Timpson website saying they do. Misleading.
Rang up to check if they did car keys so it wasn’t a wasted journey, guy was helpful over the phone, said I will come now so you can have a look got there at 1150am to a sign on the desk closed til 1pm 😡😡 the whole point In ringing before hand is so I don’t waste a half an hour journey 😡😡
Very helpful with my watch battery could have changed it myself but didn't want to damage best watch so had it cleaned whilst shopping ready when I'd finished and looked brand new
