I recently had some keys cut at Timpson's in Whitefield, and I can't fault the service I received. It was super quick, I've never had keys cut that quickly before, and the lady said she would redo the keys free of charge if they didn't work, I checked them all when I got home and they all worked. I won't hesitate in visiting there for all my keys that needed cutting after the stress free, super quick service I received.

Needed a key cutting so went to Timpson at Asda Pilsworth. The employee was very pleasant but said his cutting machine was in need of repair and it was his first day back from holiday. I then tried Timpson in Radcliffe's Asda. There was a sign saying it was shut for an hour but offered a 10% refund if I called back. I finally tried Timpson at Morrison's Whitefield. I recounted my journey so far and the employee immediately offered me a 10% discount. He cut me a key and explained that if it didn't work he would re-do it. Unf... read more

I went to Timpsons in Morrisons last Tuesday, a young man called Brody reheeled my husbands shoes whilst i waited, as he needed them that day. What a nice young man, so very helpful and polite he did an excellent job on the shoes. He is a credit to your company.

A Timpson worker named Johnny helped me out with photo prints at this location. A really friendly helpful guy, I saw his interactions with a number of other customers and he demonstrated best practice. This guy deserves recognition.

Called into morrisons whitefield timpsons today and all I can say about member of staff is WOW ...I've had a really bad time over last 18months and you know sometimes your that comfortable you chat...lovely man and what a good listener and so very helpful 😊 thankyou.
